At elovia we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund of 47% of the paid price. This refund amount reflects deductions for the original shipping cost and other fulfillment or handling services.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible.
